Students or Educational Travels expand the educational horizons and enriching student's experiences.

At India Travel Line, we are not another travel agency but educators, with the knowledge and understanding of what makes a trip a unique educational experience. It is our goal to make your tour live up to your expectations, while taking the pressure of the logistics off of you. We use top notch Tour Educators who will use informal education techniques to make your trip a learning and fun experience. The program is always tailored to your needs - scholastic, budgetary and other.

Our normal Travel brochure does not include School or Education itineraries - this is because our travel team will tailor make each program based on your needs. With careful research, an eye for detail, and a flair for programming, we will create for you an itinerary for a trip of any length to any destination on the planet. You may have visited so many cities but we will give educational depth to your class visit.

Each of tours will contain elements to make the trip a great success: educational programs, nature elements, leisure and fun components. We will be pleased to add in Community Service activities along with meetings with local peers.

Our Students & Educational Packages services are :

- All inclusive packages which provides a single rate for the trip which includes all flights, accommodations and meals, entrance fees to educational and other sites, all activities, all services, taxes, etc. - in short, everything. This method allows you to know the actual cost of the tour without any additional costs added on and without any hidden surprises to deal with later.

- Tour Guide : We choose & provide the Tour Guide with great care and attention. The Guide has to involved in informal education and is knowledgeable in a wide range of subjects relevant to your trip. They will plan activities for your group to insure that the trip is educational and fun. The Guide is also incharge of the logistics of the program so you can sit back and enjoy the trip as well!

- Accommodations : We chose our hotels carefully to create a a safe and comfortable environment. Accommodations are provided on the basis of 3-4 participants sharing a room (staff 2 sharing a room) or as per your request & budget. All rooms are air-conditioned with facilities.

- Transportation : Transportation is by air-conditioned Coaches/Cars. The Transport we use usually have Water, Microphone, comfortable seats, music system and are fully licensed & insured. - Meals and Snacks : We are very proud that food has never been an issue on any of our trips. We take great effort in offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. All menus for meals are carefully chosen to provide food suitable for the group as well as a taste of local cuisine. We provide both Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian foods.

- Safety and Security is our top concern, when planning and running a trip. We will not operate a package if we are not convinced that there is anything that might compromise the safety and security of the participants.

- Community Service and Local Events : We look for opportunities to allow your students to become familiar with the local cultures and customs of the places they visit. This can be achieved by meeting with local peers. All are contacted and coordinated in advance to allow you to approve of the programs. This is also a great chance for your student to both help out and earn thanks form the communities they visit by participating in a local community service activity. A great way to get to understand local traditions is to take an active part in the their festivities and ceremonies. We will look for important events for your student to participate in during their trip.
